Every day we are seeing stories about hose pipe bans and that the Summer is going to be quite tough from a water persepctive do you have any top tips or ways you are going to be saving water for your home and garden?

@all - Does anyone have any other ideas? Are you planting more container gardens this year? Has anyone built any clever apparatuses to help with watering?
I'm going to go ahead and bump this topic back up to the top of the queue because I believe this topic will become more and more popular as the weather warms! OK, so we have water butts and mulch mentioned by the famous Wildlife_Friendly. Another user mentioned how one can also cut your grass less, therefore it needing less watering. What else can you guys think of? Let's 'pool' our brains together and get this draught watering crisis under control!
