Hi there, I live in Sussex and am currently setting up a system where people donate new or used/unwanted plants to me and then I will donate them to needy causes, such as poor communities and local charities...
I think this will help make a difference, so would be very greatful if you know anyone or have any unwanted plants...
Please let me know if you think this is a good idea and what could be done to improve my idea and also recommend charities thst might be in need of this support...
I belong to a gardening club locally, and one thing we do is to swap unwanted and surplus plants. We also have an Oxfam shop here that will take plants and sell them.

we give some of our surplus to elderly neighbours and the like,only just stopped picking alpine strawbs and late raspberries,so just spread them around to locals who cant garden,keeps the community together..
